Frequently asked questions

What is GolfTournament?

GolfTournament is an online supplier of complete event kits for charity, corporate and club golf tournaments. Instead of ordering signs, gifts and arches from three or four different vendors, you start from a ready-made supply list for your event type, edit it to match your field size and sponsors, and order everything at once — packed hole by hole.

How far ahead should I order?

Order 3–4 weeks before your event date. Production starts after you approve one coordinated proof, and your kit ships with a firm delivery date confirmed on the quote. Late sponsor sign-ups can be added as a small top-up order.

Can you print multiple sponsor logos with one setup?

Yes. One setup covers every sponsor logo across every item in your kit — hole signs, banners, flags and gift items. You send us the sponsor list and logos, and we place them across the whole kit in one coordinated proof.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Signs, banners, flags and arches have no minimum — order exactly what your course needs. Player gift packs start at 36 kits per design.

Can signs be reused next year?

Yes. Standard hole sponsor signs are printed on weather-resistant corrugated board with metal stakes included. For annual events we also offer aluminum and acrylic upgrades designed to be reused season after season, with interchangeable sponsor panels.

Do gift packs come pre-assembled?

Yes. Player gift packs arrive kitted per player — bag, balls, tees, towel, ball marker and any custom items already packed — so volunteers hand them out instead of assembling them the night before.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Printed sign samples, gift pack samples and arch material swatches are available before full production, and every custom order includes a free digital proof you approve before we print.
