Terms of Service
These terms govern quotes and orders placed with Golf Tournament Supply through https://golftournamentsupply.com/ or by email. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Quotes
Quotes are itemized line by line and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quantities, materials and sponsor logo placements can be edited freely until you approve the order and proof.
2. Proofs and approval
Every custom order includes a free digital proof covering all items — sign copy, sponsor logos, flag numbers and gift pack contents. Production starts only after your written approval, and the approved proof is the quality reference for the whole run. Late sponsor additions after approval are produced as a separate top-up order.
3. Production, delivery and event dates
A firm production and delivery timeline is confirmed with your quote; plan for 3–4 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Cartons are packed and labeled by hole and station. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide; title passes on payment in full. We are not responsible for delays caused by artwork or approval received later than the dates stated on the quote.
4. Payment
Standard terms are payment against proforma invoice before production, with PO-based terms available to established organizations. Prices exclude local duties and taxes unless the quote states otherwise.
5. Replacements and returns
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake and reship it at no charge. Custom printed items that match the approved proof are not returnable. Unused stock items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; the buyer covers return freight.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sponsorships or event revenue.
7. Intellectual property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you send us — including sponsor logos supplied on behalf of third parties — and you indemnify us against claims arising from their use. We use your artwork only to produce your order, and photos of finished items in our portfolio only with your permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
