Production & worldwide delivery
We plan backward from the date your supplies must be in hand — not merely the day they leave our factory. One logistics plan coordinates production, hole-by-hole packing, export documents, freight, tracking and receiving.
End-to-end process
Your quote shows the planned production window, dispatch target, shipping method and delivery range before you place the order.
Tell us the tournament date, setup date, delivery address, receiving hours and earliest date the venue can accept freight.
We compare order size, destination, urgency and budget, then quote express, air or sea with the agreed duties arrangement.
After proof approval, each product line receives a production and QC milestone planned backward from dispatch.
We verify sponsor logos, hole numbers, quantities, gift-pack counts, finishes and approved artwork before cartons are sealed.
Cartons are grouped and labeled for registration, course setup, contests, volunteers, awards and dinner.
Our team prepares shipping documents, releases tracking, monitors movement and coordinates final delivery.
Tournament-ready packing
A complete tournament order is not packed as one mixed factory shipment. We separate operational groups, protect printed surfaces and label cartons so volunteers can move each box directly to the correct course location.
Every shipment includes a carton manifest. High-priority items such as sponsor signs, pin flags and registration materials are clearly identified for immediate receiving checks.
Shipping methods
Transit ranges below are planning guides after dispatch. Your quote will show the recommended route and a destination-specific delivery range.
| Method | Best for | Typical planning range | How it is managed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tracked express | Sponsor signs, flags, gifts and smaller urgent kits | About 3–7 business days | Door-to-door tracking with fast exception escalation |
| Air freight | Large kits, arches and deadline-sensitive mixed orders | About 7–14 business days | Consolidated cartons or pallets, customs coordination and final-mile booking |
| Sea freight | Large-format branding, inflatables and high-volume events | Often 25–45 days, route dependent | Export packing, manifest, customs documents and destination delivery plan |
| Split shipment | Orders with one critical group needed first | Urgent items by air; bulky items by sea | Separate milestones and tracking for each shipment |
Important: customs inspections, extreme weather, carrier disruptions and remote-area delivery can affect transit. We build a practical buffer into the plan and confirm destination-specific timing on your quote.
US & Europe contingency network
Our primary production remains in Dongguan, while backup warehouses in the United States and Europe hold selected fast-moving event supplies. If a late sponsor addition, short shipment, damage or carrier exception puts part of an order at risk, we check regional stock before starting another intercontinental shipment.
Eligible signs, banners, hardware and event essentials can be released for urgent domestic replenishment when regional stock is available.
Selected backup inventory provides a shorter route for urgent replacements and supplemental quantities across Europe.
We compare warehouse stock, regional remake, express rerouting and split shipping, then recommend the option most likely to protect setup day.
Availability: emergency stock is not automatic for every item. It depends on product eligibility, quantity, approved artwork, local inventory and the remaining delivery window. Highly customized inflatables, awards and specialty products may still require factory production.
Customs & final mile
Our export team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, product descriptions and declared values, and coordinates reasonable documentation requested for the destination.
Your quote states the freight method and whether duties, taxes and customs clearance are included or payable by the receiver.
We record receiving hours, contact details, loading access, lift-gate needs and appointment requirements before dispatch.
Commercial invoice, packing list, carton manifest and available origin or material documents are coordinated in one file set.
Delivery protection
We cannot control a storm, customs inspection or carrier network, but we can control preparation, visibility and response. These protections are built into every coordinated shipment.
Receiving checklist
Count cartons and note visible crushing, punctures or water damage with the carrier. Photograph any issue before opening.
Use the manifest to verify sponsor signs, flags, registration materials and other items that would be hardest to replace.
Contact us ideally within 48 hours with the carton number, item, quantity and photos so recovery can start immediately.
Plan from your tournament date
Share your tournament date, setup date, player count, destination and supply list. We will return an itemized quote with production timing, the recommended route and a planned arrival window.
