Golf Tournament Supply is a manufacturer-direct supplier of complete event kits for charity, corporate and club golf tournaments. We print, sew, kit and ship everything an event needs — as one coordinated order, not four vendors and a night-before assembly party.
Why we exist
Tournaments don’t need products. They need a checklist, filled.
Most tournament organizers are volunteers: a fundraiser chair, an office manager, a club committee member. Today they order hole signs from a sign shop, gift packs from a promo distributor, an arch from a third vendor and trophies from a fourth — then spend the night before the event stuffing goodie bags and sorting signs by hole.
Golf Tournament Supply exists to turn that whole job into a single order: one supply list generated from your field size and sponsor count, one setup covering every sponsor logo, one production run, one delivery packed hole by hole with gift packs already assembled.
Our factory
Printed, sewn and kitted under our control.
Signs, flags, arches and gift packs come off the same coordinated production run. Keeping printing, sewing, kitting and packing in-house is what lets us hold one brand standard across a hundred pieces — and place every sponsor logo with a single setup.
UV flatbed printing
Full-color, weather-resistant printing on corrugated board, aluminum and acrylic — color-matched across every sign in the kit.
Sublimation & sewing
Dye-sublimated pin flags, fabric banners and inflatable arches with Pantone matching, hemmed and finished in-house.
Gift pack kitting
Logo balls, tees, towels and custom items assembled into per-player packs on the line, counted and boxed by team or flight.
Hole-by-hole packing
Cartons labeled by hole and station — registration, contests, dinner — so volunteers set the course straight off the box.

One proof for the whole event
Before production starts, you approve a single coordinated proof covering every item — sign copy, sponsor logo placements, flag numbers and gift pack contents. Nothing is printed that you haven’t seen.
Per-piece inspection
Every piece is checked against the approved proof before packing — spelling, logos, hole numbers and kit counts — so “Hole 7” never arrives sponsored by the wrong company.
Event-date guarantee
Your quote confirms a firm delivery date ahead of your event. If a piece arrives damaged or doesn’t match the proof, we remake and reship it at no charge.
